Suggested Requirements
A good candidate enjoys working in a health club environment, has a friendly and outgoing personality, and genuinely cares about helping others. This person must be 18 years of age and should be comfortable with working a flexible schedule that may include weekends.
Responsibilities
- Membership / training sales – a large component of the club manager role is centered around membership and training sales.
- Day-to-day operations – depending on a club's staffing structure, club managers may need to take on some club operations & tasks either daily, or as the needs present themselves.
- Culture creators – club managers love creating an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences with friends and family. They deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet.
- Cleaning - This is 80% of the job. There will always be something to clean. Location managers have daily cleaning routines to follow.
We are seeking a Part Time Gym Staff.
15-25 Hours a week. The schedule is set by the location manager that suits both of your needs. However every Saturday is non negotiable. That is a mandatory word day for this job position. Saturday 9am-1pm.
Regular Staffed Hours are:
Monday 10am - 7pm
Tuesday-Thursday 9am-6pm
Friday 9am - 3pm
Saturday 9am - 1pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
