Club Manager – Anytime Fitness Lake Bluff
Anytime Fitness Lake Bluff is seeking an energetic, organized, and people-focused Club Manager to lead daily club operations, support members, and drive membership and personal training sales.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with new people. This position combines customer service, sales, leadership, member engagement, and general club management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily club operations and maintain a clean, welcoming, professional environment
* Greet members and guests and provide excellent customer service
* Follow up with prospective members and schedule appointments
* Conduct club tours and membership consultations
* Sell memberships, personal training, and coaching programs
* Help members set goals and connect them with appropriate services
* Support fitness challenges, member events, and community engagement
* Assist with staff meetings, training, and team development
* Support social media, local marketing, and community outreach
* Track sales activity and help the club meet membership and training goals
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required
* Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
* Friendly, confident, and professional when speaking with new people
* Comfortable with sales, follow-up calls, and appointment setting
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Sales, management, customer service, or fitness industry experience preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation
* Target annual earnings of $58,000 based on hours, sales, and performance
* Membership and personal training sales commissions
* Quarterly performance incentives
* Additional review and checklist incentives
