Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Club Manager to lead the daily operations of our club. In this pivotal role, you will oversee member experiences, manage staff, coordinate events, and ensure the smooth functioning of all club activities. Duties

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring high standards of service and safety are maintained at all times
• Manage and motivate a team of staff members.
• Coordinate and execute a variety of events such as social gatherings, tournaments, and special functions to enhance member engagement
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating personalized experiences
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including member billing, event payments, and daily financial reconciliations
• Maintain cleanliness, safety protocols, and operational efficiency throughout the facility
• Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals
