Duties
- Gym Cleaner / Facility Care SpecialistPay: $15–$20/hour (based on skill and experience)
- Schedule: 2–3 hours/day, 5 days/week — flexible hours once trained
- Position OverviewWe are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented
- Gym Cleaner to help keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a clean environment with an eye for the fine details of cleaning even the smallest nooks and spaces and can handle physical labor.
Responsibilities (not complete list)
- Daily facility cleaning including floors, bathrooms, equipment, mirrors, and high‑touch surfaces. Plus monthly deep cleaning of equipment and spaces
- Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs
- Comfortable wearing a 25 lb backpack vacuum
- Able to climb ladders and work on the ground when needed
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn our cleaning system and routines Schedule & Training
- Training provided
- Once the job is learned, flexible scheduling is available
- 2–3 hours/day, 5 days/week - mornings from 10a - 1pm
Compensation
- $16–$20/hour, based on skill, speed, and quality of work and custodial excellence.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
