Personal Trainer / Group Training Coach

Anytime Fitness is looking for a passionate fitness professional to join our coaching team! This role begins as part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position for the right person. Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions
• Lead engaging small-group training workouts
• Follow an assessment sales process to determine which program is right for a client, and get them started
• Build & maintain strong member relationships
• Assist with onboarding new clients
• Maintain a clean, welcoming training environment
• Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional club experience
• Utilize computer systems to keep member accounts updated
• Participate in club social media presence
Requirements
• Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA preferred), or in the process of obtaining one
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Sales experience strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate in Polish and/or Spanish preferred but not required
• Training experience required, even if it’s only with friends/family
• Flexible availability, including evenings & weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Coachability & drive to always be improving
