What You’ll Earn

$40,000 base salary

$45K–$60K typical first-year earnings

Up to $75K with growth

Consistent paycheck (not pay-per-session only)

Build relationships and help members stay consistent

Conduct fitness consultations and create programs

(Roughly 70% coaching / 30% member engagement)
