Compensation: $19-21 to start, with opportunity to add monthly revenue sharing after initial onboarding is completed

What You’ll Do
- Build authentic relationships with members and staff
- Lead a high-performing team of Personal Trainers with empathy and energy
- Drive Personal Training growth and hit sales KPIs through service—not pressure
- Keep the gym clean, safe, and welcoming
- Conduct Fitness Consultations and sell personal training packages
- Manage budgets and operations with excellence
- Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
