The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player. This is a part-time, weekend-only position, with scheduled hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional hours may be available during the week at our Chelsea location and other nearby clubs. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or fitness.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with others
- Conducting gym tours
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
- Membership sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling opening and closing
- Managing communications via phone, email, and text
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
- Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
- Genuine and honest personality
- Weekend availability
- Savvy with technology
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Some experience in customer service, sales, and/or fitness is preferred
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license
