Position Overview

Anytime Fitness is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Club Care Team in Chelsea, Michigan.

As a Club Care Specialist, you are responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the club—ensuring every member walks into a space that is clean, safe, and ready for their workout at all times.

This is a part-time, on-site, entry-level position with opportunities to grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the club
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment, workout areas, and high-touch surfaces
• Ensure restrooms and lobby areas are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked
• Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Keep equipment properly organized and workout areas reset
• Remove trash regularly
• Monitor the club throughout your shift to maintain a consistently high standard
• Complete assigned cleaning checklists and special projects
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Communicate any issues or supply needs to management
