We're looking for an enthusiastic, competitive, and people-focused Personal Training Sales Director to lead our Fitness Consultation process and help members choose the coaching program that will give them the greatest chance of success.

What You'll Do

Conduct Fitness Consultations

You'll meet with new and existing members to learn about their goals, motivations, and challenges.

You'll help them answer questions like:

• What are they trying to accomplish?

• What's preventing them from succeeding?

• What level of coaching will help them reach their goals?

Your goal is to create a personalized plan that gives every member the best chance of long-term success.

Recommend Coaching Programs

After each consultation, you'll confidently recommend the coaching option that best fits the member's goals.

You'll present:

• Team Training

• Small Group Training

• Personal Training

• Accountability Coaching

• Nutrition Coaching

You'll educate members on the value of coaching—not pressure them into buying something they don't need.

Build Lasting Relationships

Success in this role comes from creating trust.

You'll:

• Follow up with prospective coaching clients.

• Celebrate member successes.

• Remove barriers to progress.

• Stay connected throughout the member journey.

• Become a trusted advisor instead of simply a salesperson.

Support the Coaching Team

You'll work closely with our Personal Trainers to ensure every coaching client has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling Fitness Consultations

• Communicating member goals

• Assisting with client onboarding

• Tracking coaching conversions

• Supporting client retention initiatives

Help Grow the Club

You'll also contribute to overall club success by:

• Participating in community events

• Supporting membership sales when needed

• Promoting referrals

• Creating exceptional member experiences

• Assisting with club promotions and marketing campaigns

Who We're Looking For

Sales Experience Preferred

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Personal Training sales

• Membership sales

• Fitness industry

• Medical or healthcare sales

• Retail sales

• Customer success

• Hospitality

• Coaching or education

If you've consistently built relationships and exceeded goals, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Personal Training certification preferred but not required

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable learning consultation and sales systems

• Passion for fitness and helping others
