Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive new sales and upsell existing services. Set and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage personal training staff. Create a high-performance, positive culture.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming, clean, and motivating environment for all members. Resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Operations Oversight: Maintain daily operations including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Marketing & Outreach: Coordinate local outreach and social media promotions to grow brand awareness and bring in new leads.
- Financial Management: Track KPIs, client retention, and report weekly/monthly performance to senior leadership.
- 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or service industry
- 1 years of leadership/management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized
- Proficient in CRM software
