As a Personal Trainer, you'll help members create sustainable, long-term results through coaching, accountability, and effective fitness programming.
Responsibilities Include
- Conduct fitness consultations and goal-setting sessions
- Deliver one-on-one personal training
- Lead small group training sessions
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and accountability
- Ensure safe and effective exercise execution
- Adapt workouts to meet varying fitness levels and abilities
- Build strong relationships that improve retention and engagement
- Conduct proactive outreach to inactive members
- Lead sales and generate referrals
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities
- Strong understanding of exercise science, anatomy, and movement mechanics
- Positive, professional, and motivating communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organized
- Passion for helping people achieve their goals
- Comfortable coaching individuals of all fitness levels
- Personal training certification (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire through an approved organization such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or NSCA)
- Strong time-management and scheduling skills
- Team player
