Location: Aptos, CA
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $22-25/hour, with opportunity to add additional monthly revenue sharing once initial onboarding is completed

- Build authentic relationships with members and staff

- Keep the gym clean, safe, and welcoming
- Plan events and networking that bring the community together
- Manage budgets and operations with excellence
- Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
