Detail-Oriented Caregiver Needed – Chesterfield, MI (Day Shift)
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented caregiver to join our team in the Chesterfield, Mi area! This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing attentive, high-quality care and enjoys helping others maintain comfort and independence at home.
Schedule:
- 5 days per week
- Day shift: 6/7 AM – 3 PM (start time may vary slightly)
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Meal preparation and encouragement with nutrition
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and engagement with the client
- Observing and reporting changes in condition
- Following care plans carefully and accurately
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Has a compassionate and patient personality
- Has previous caregiving or home care experience (preferred but not required)
- Is able to follow care instructions closely and communicate effectively
- Has reliable transportation
