Position Overview
As a Warehouse & Wedding/Event Installation Professional, you'll play an essential role in preparing inventory, loading trucks, delivering floral and event décor, assisting with installations, and ensuring everything returns to the warehouse organized and accounted for after each event. This is a physical, fast-paced position that requires weekend availability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Pull, prepare, and organize inventory for upcoming weddings and events
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Deliver floral arrangements, décor, and event rentals to venues
- Assist with floral, ceremony, and reception installations
- Return, inspect, clean, and organize inventory after events
- Check in deliveries from vendors and maintain warehouse organization
- Work alongside our floral designers helping with the heavy lifting and setting of Arches and structures during event installations
- Maintain accurate inventory records within our system
- Communicate professionally with wedding planners, venues, and clients on-site when there to deliver décor
- Assist with warehouse projects and seasonal preparations
- Safely operate company vehicles including box trucks up to 18 ’
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
- Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Drug-free workplace
Experience with basic hand tools or light construction is a plus.

Pay $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
