Clinical laboratory and phlebotomy experience is required, bilingual preferred.

You draw quality blood samples from clients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

You have a great attitude, you are a detailed oriented self-starter who takes pride in the quality of your work

You will be collecting for standard clinical labs, performing Vitamin B-12 injections, genetic DNA, variety of wellness testing and administering drug screenings.

You will have direct contact with clients and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner

You demonstrate superior customer focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and clients; ability to accelerate and embrace change

Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies

You are dependable and reliable and make a great first impression

Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screen

Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA regulations and the laws surrounding PHI and PII

Preferred Work Experience:

Three years phlebotomy experience required; Bilingual is preferred

Ability to manage a multitude of tasks at any one given time.

Exceptional communication and organization skills, high attention to detail

Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred

Quest, CPL, LabCorp Experience a plus!

Computer, technology platform and data entry experience
