Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across multiple online platforms. This will be for both Any Lab Test Now and InShapeMD.
Duties
Social Media / Content
- Create and schedule organic and promotional content across: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest
- Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs consistent with brand voice
- Plan and produce content formats, including: reels/short-form videos (TikTok/Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts) carousels (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn).
- images and graphics for posts/stories
- stories and story highlights
- Repurpose content across platforms (blog → social, webinar → email, etc.)
- Write Blog’s
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging content tailored to target audiences.
Community & Engagement
- Monitor comments/messages and help with response workflows
- Engage with followers and accounts to support community growth
Campaign & Operations
- Build and maintain a content calendar across social email
- Plan holiday/promotional campaigns and coordinate launches
- Keep marketing assets organized (folders, naming conventions, brand kit)
Reputation & Local Presence (GBP-adjacent)
- Create/submit GBP updates/posts and add relevant services
- Ensure listings accuracy across directories (if part of local visibility goals)
- Encourage review requests using templates/process

Software Experience
- Expertise in Mailchimp, Constant contact, Canva, Capcut, Render AI, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools for graphic design and media editing.
- Experience with other video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content not mentioned above.
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
