Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Branch Administrative Manager (BAM) to join our growing team at Any Hour. The BAM plays a key role in supporting branch operations, ensuring that administrative, financial, and compliance workflows run smoothly while keeping our teams aligned and supported across the organization. Job Requirements:
- Pre-employment background check
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally in a branch or office setting; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to develop and motivate staff.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning/using branch/office systems.
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, and administrative expense oversight preferred.
