We’re looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Install Manager to lead and oversee our installation department. This role is perfect for a strong leader who knows residential plumbing inside and out, keeps jobs running smoothly, and knows how to motivate teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
You’ll be responsible for managing installers, coordinating projects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead residential plumbing installation crews
- Ensure installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Oversee job progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in the field
- Train, mentor, and evaluate installers and apprentices
- Work closely with sales, dispatch, and service teams
- Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment readiness
- Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Enforce safety policies and best practices
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Either 3 years' experience in a plumbing management position OR 7 years in the plumbing trade
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
- Service Titan experience is a plus but not required
- Physically able to lift and carry materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
