Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Generalist to support our growing HR team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including HRIS management, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will bring critical thinking, solid HR expertise, and a proactive approach to supporting employees and management across the organization.

Qualifications:What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically and solve problems
- Proficient in HRIS data management
- Experience with disciplinary action support and performance management
- Solid understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with Paycom/other HRIS systems
- Supporting multi state HR operations
