This role is for a Licensed Clinician in a part-time capacity, working on-site at the West Jordan, UT location. The Licensed Clinician will provide therapeutic services to support adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, and depression. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, documenting client progress, and collaborating with other team members to support clients on their path to recovery. The role requires a compassionate approach to care and the ability to foster a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Strong skills in individual and group therapy, evidence-based interventions, and creating comprehensive treatment plans
- Licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, LPC) in the state of Utah
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with adolescents and young adults
- Experience in working with anxiety, trauma, and depression-related cases, including knowledge of advanced therapeutic techniques
- Proficiency in maintaining thorough clinical documentation and adherence to ethical standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience in intensive outpatient or similar mental health care settings is a plus
