Home Healthcare: We provide physician-ordered skilled nursing and health care services to homebound patients recovering from illness or injury. - Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases related to customer information and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
- Coordinate with in house office staff and orders office supplies and staff supplies for new hires (bags, business cards, medical supplies, etc.)
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Handle outgoing calls as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or confirm appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as tracking data and preparing reports.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or telephone-based role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This position typically requires working in an office environment.
- If approved for remote work, must have excellent internet connection and working headset and computer desktop.
- May involve sitting for extended periods and using a telephone and computer.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
