• Inbound sales, customer service and store support
  
• Assisting customers with product questions
  
• Placing new orders
  
• Handling existing orders: returns/ replacements
  
• Provide store specific support
  
• Contacting vendors for shipping information
  

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen if one is required by client
  
• At least one year customer service (a plus but not required)
  
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skill
  
• Must be able to type at least 30wpm
  
• Basic Computer knowledge
  
• Ability to multi-task and be a self starter
  
• Quickly assess customer needs
  
• Document details of all calls and customer interactions
  
• A willingness to learn and a home office or quiet work space
