Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff members
- Conduct religious services, prayers, and rituals as needed
- Offer bereavement support and grief counseling
- Mentor individuals seeking guidance or spiritual advice
- Lead fundraising efforts for chaplaincy programs
- Collaborate with hospice care teams to enhance patient well-being
- Utilize experience in working with children to address their unique needs
- Offer Christian counseling based on individual beliefs and values
- Plan and organize events to promote spiritual growth within the community
Requirements:
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse individuals
- Previous experience in chaplaincy or related field is preferred
- Comfortable working in a hospice care setting
