Fence Foreman / Lead Installer

Anvil Fence Company has been serving the Treasure Valley with pride and craftsmanship for more than 64 years. We are looking for an experienced Fence Foreman to lead our crews, deliver top-quality installations, and uphold the reputation we’ve built as Idaho’s most trusted fence company.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate your crew to complete projects on time and with exceptional quality
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on all job sites
• Communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and customers
• Solve problems in the field with confidence and creativity
• Take pride in delivering professional results that exceed expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Fence Installation Foreman (required)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and hold your crew accountable
• Solid construction and site safety knowledge
• Dependable, punctual, and a true team player
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Welding experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
