About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with a strong focus on estimating, financial performance, client communication, and overall project success. This role works within a structured team environment where field execution, administration, and business development are clearly defined.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the estimating and bid process for assigned projects
- Develop detailed budgets, scopes, and bid packages
- Manage project budgets and ensure overall profitability
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients during project execution
- Lead subcontractor buyout and contract management
- Track costs, change orders, and financial performance
- Coordinate with Field Operations Manager and Superintendents
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
- Support project closeout and final documentation
Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong estimating and preconstruction experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes and financial management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Procore or similar software preferred
