Anu is seeking a Community-Based Youth/Adult Coach to work within our expanding programming. Our Youth Coaches will be trained and certified to provide individualized services to help build healthy relationships and engage in social and emotional learning methods that promote healthy relationships and coping skills to enhance youth well-being. In addition, our staff will be trained and certified as a Support Specialist to support both youth and adults to increase individual well-being through increased independence, skill development through education and support, and to connect individuals to their community. This position provides in-home or community-based psychoeducation and skill development for clients involved in CCS and CLTS programming in Eau Claire, Chippewa, Dunn, Barron, and surrounding counties. This position provides a flexible schedule with some afternoon/evening hours, a home-office base, and opportunities for professional development. A full benefits package is available to full-time (30 hours) employees. This position is full-time. Clinical Supervision is provided at no cost.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in social work or related field. Preferred candidates will have a master's degree. A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required for this position. Knowledge of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programming is a benefit, but not a requirement, for this position.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.
