This full-time position offers the possibility of some remote work, depending on the candidate. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, directly supporting the owner and staff manager.
Responsibilities
As an Assistant, you'll be instrumental in a variety of key areas, including:
Scheduling & Client Management: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, optimize client flow, and maintain our leads/CRM system to ensure seamless patient journeys.
Vendor & Product Relations: Coordinate with product and service representatives, manage inventory, and assist with product sales.
Operational Support: Oversee membership programs, support staff training and Continuing Medical Education (CME) initiatives, and assist with promotions.
Marketing & Digital Presence: Contribute to website updates and support various marketing efforts.
Financial & Performance Tracking: Assist with sales tracking, audits, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) management, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring.
General Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support for a variety of clinic operations as needed.
Qualifications

Administrative Skills: Proven ability to manage a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Communication Skills: Excellent skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. You'll be interacting with clients, staff, and vendors, so clear and professional communication is key.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using medical office software, Microsoft Excel, EMR systems, and the Google Suite Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail). Familiarity with medical technology is also beneficial.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on team collaboration.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a highly organized workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in a clinical, medical aesthetics, or wellness setting is a significant plus.
Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in medical assistance or administration are beneficial.
