What You'll Do
As a Chevrolet Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping individuals and families find the right vehicle to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and build rapport through outstanding customer service.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget to recommend the best vehicle solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Chevrolet vehicles, highlighting key features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
- Conduct vehicle test drives and answer product-related questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through delivery.
- Explain financing options, warranties, protection products, and current dealership promotions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads using dealership CRM tools.
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on Chevrolet products, competitive vehicles, inventory availability, and market trends.
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred.
