Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and outbound leads generated through various channels.
- Qualify and nurture sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with CRM software, specifically CDK/E-Leads.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
