Are you a driven and experienced Internet Sales or BDC professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our dealership is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Internet Sales Manager to lead and grow our Internet Sales Department. With a strong base salary, commission on new/used front and back gross, and monthly bonuses tied to closing ratios—your potential is unlimited.
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
Base Salary: $2,800/month
Commission: Earn a percentage of front/back gross on new and used vehicle sales
Performance Bonuses: Based on closing ratio milestones
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Internet Sales & BDC department
Manage and coach a team of sales consultants
Respond to and follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and CRM tasks
Analyze buyer behavior and tailor communication accordingly
Monitor team performance and provide call coaching based on recordings
Generate and track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Proven success in Internet/BDC Sales or Department Management (Automotive)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of dealership CRM/DMS systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, etc.)
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Must have valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or GED (college a plus)
Basic computer skills and phone etiquette
