What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Business Lead position at Antunes?
Purpose of the role:
To drive profitable global growth of Antunes’ Water Solutions business by leading commercial strategy, advancing innovation, and delivering differentiated customer value through strong market focus, cross-functional collaboration, and a high-performing team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive Growth & Commercial Strategy:
Develop and lead the global commercial and product strategy for the Water Solutions business, to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals across key regions, segments, and channels. Develop and optimize channel and distribution strategies (direct, distributor, rep networks, OEM partnerships) to expand market reach and accelerate growth.
- Customer & Market Leadership:
Build and sustain high-value relationships with key customers, distributors, representatives, and strategic partners to strengthen market presence and customer success.
- Innovation & Product Pipeline:
Partner with Marketing and oversee Sales and Product Development to shape the water solutions roadmap, ensuring strong product-market fit and a robust product pipeline for long-term growth, develop pricing architecture, brand positioning to drive adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service to ensure scalable execution, quality, and reliable delivery of water solutions.
- Team & Culture Development:
Develop and mentor a collaborative, data-driven water solutions team that embodies Antunes’ values, accountability, and customer-first mindset.
- Commercial strategy, revenue management, pricing, forecasting, and margin optimization.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Product management and lifecycle expertise, including roadmap and value proposition development.
- Experience working in channel-driven B2B industries such as beverage systems, coffee equipment, water filtration, foodservice equipment, or commercial kitchen equipment preferred.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities of water solutions into customer-relevant solutions is preferred.

Salary : $135,655 - $170,000
