These are full-time, in-person roles. Fluency in Spanish and a general knowledge of family law is preferred but not required.This role includes a competitive base salary plus a lucrative performance-based bonus structure tied to new client acquisition. High performers can earn bonuses of up to 50% of base salary. Bonuses are earned frequently, calculated bi-weekly, and paid through payroll. While not guaranteed, bonuses are highly achievable for driven candidates.At Antonyan Miranda, we expect five-star service; every prospective client should feel satisfied and valued, whether or not they retain us. The Intake Concierge Attorney ensures client satisfaction and demonstrates the professionalism and care our firm is known for.What You’ll DoConduct phone and in-person consultations on demand, build rapport, and convert qualified leads into clients.Identify issues, assess case fit, match clients with the appropriate litigator, and clearly explain retainers and next steps.
