We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will take orders, serve food, and ensure an excellent dining experience with a focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include accurate order-taking, timely service, and ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
To excel in this role, a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure with team members, including bussers, cooks, and other staff, are essential. Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and professionalism.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals, promptly addressing any concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist food preparation staff when needed.
- Prepare and serve desserts.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure alongside bussers, cooks, and other staff.
- Capable of performing high-quality work independently.
- Proficiency in handling cash and using a point-of-sale system.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders promptly.
