What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Server/Bartender position at Antonucci's Italian & Seafood Restaurant?
Antonucci's is looking for Experienced Bartender and server. Bartending experience a plus.
Must be friendly, have a good attitude, be a team player and have a flexible schedule.
Our bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guests needs and making them feel welcomed and comfortable.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Input food and drink order into terminal
- Deliver food items to your assigned tables
- Understand the menu and are able to make dish suggestions to customers, assist in drink selection, assist customers about food preparation details if needed and be able to communicate specific customer needs to the cooks
- Create a pleasant dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing dishes from the tables, refilling drinks
- Running credit cards, cash handling, issuing receipts and accepting payments
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor/manager
- Assisting with special events as needed
- Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Prepare the table, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks
- Preparing side salads and deserts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
