Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to all safety and health regulations. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals in a supportive environment that prioritizes patient care and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, endodontics, and restorative work.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and practice protocols.
- Utilize dental software such as Open Dental for managing patient information and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Valid state dental license, DEA, and malpractice insurance to practice dentistry.
- Experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred; familiarity with Epic software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Proficiency in dental fabrication techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism.

Compensation 650 per day and or 25-32 % of collection
