Antonietti Marine is seeking an experienced Location Sales Manager to lead all sales operations at our Riverview dealership.
This is a hands-on sales role for a motivated professional who can handle customer leads, manage the sales process from start to delivery, and keep builds and deliveries moving smoothly. You will be the primary sales professional at this location, supported by our service and administrative teams.
We are a family-owned, high-volume dealership representing some of the most popular brands in boating, and we are looking for someone who wants to build long-term success with us.
Position Responsibilities
- Handle all walk-in, phone, and internet sales leads
- Generate additional sales through networking and follow-up
- Guide customers through selection, ordering, financing, and delivery
- Coordinate with service and rigging teams to manage build and delivery timelines
- Work with finance partners to complete deals smoothly
- Maintain organized workflow and strong customer communication throughout the sales process
- Ensure showroom and inventory presentation are sales-ready
- Represent the dealership at local boat shows and sales events
- Deliver a professional, fun, and family-friendly buying experience
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience required
- Marine/boat sales experience preferred
- Automotive, RV, or powersports sales experience acceptable
- Strong closing and customer relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and timelines simultaneously
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Closed Sundays
- Attendance required at local boat shows and dealership events
Compensation
- Competitive base pay plus commission
- High earning potential for motivated performers
