Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks online and Excel.
- Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis to verify accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to ethical standards in all accounting practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks online and Excel) are essential.
- Experience with double entry bookkeeping, general ledger reconciliation, debits & credits, account reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and perform account analysis effectively.
