Position: Dishwasher
Location: Antlers Restaurant – 1159 Dryden Road, Ithaca, NY
Schedule:3-4 shifts per week, 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Compensation:
- Starting at $17.00/hour for a 30-day probation period
- Increase to $18.00/hour if both parties are satisfied after 30 days
- Free shift meals
- Flexible scheduling, but some weekends are required
Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. You’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining a clean and organized dish area. No experience needed—we’ll train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station
- Assist with trash removal and general cleaning tasks
- Follow health and safety standards at all times
- Support the kitchen team as needed—everyone pitches in when it gets busy
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Punctual and dependable
- Able to work weekend shifts
