Summary of Job: As a Resort Activities Attendant, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading a variety of free and paid seasonal activities for resort guests. The Activities Attendant must be detail oriented, have a pleasant personality, and have an above standard customer service personality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Your goal is to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests by providing engaging and well-organized activities.
• This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing a range of enjoyable and memorable seasonal activities.
• Interact with guests of all ages, promote activities, and encourage guest participation.
• Lead and facilitate scheduled activities, ensuring that they run smoothly and according to plan.
• Ensure the safety of participants during activities and provide any necessary instructions or guidance.
• Ensure that all equipment is in good condition and report any issues for prompt resolution.
• Assist guests in understanding and participating in available activities.
• Maintain a clean Back 40 area by sweeping, dusting, garbage removal, and washing windows.
• Maintain and bundle wood in the Woodshed at the RV Park.
• Assist in the operation of the Back 40 Front Desk.
• Other Activities as directed.

Qualifications: The ability to follow timelines accurately, operate activities safely and effectively, operate a semi complex computer system, and comply with resort policies.

Physical Demands: Long periods of standing, stretching, bending, squatting, walking and lifting.
