The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Executive Producer with deep expertise in motion and video production to oversee integrated campaigns across film, digital, and content. You’ll support a diverse mix of global clients across gaming, tech, and entertainment, guiding projects from concept through delivery while maintaining high creative and production standards. While the work spans multiple mediums, your strength is leading motion-led initiatives, shaping production approach, building the right teams, and ensuring seamless execution. You are both a strategic leader and hands-on production expert, able to support teams, build strong client partnerships, and keep work running smoothly, on time, and on budget.

You are both a strategic leader and hands-on production expert, able to support teams, build strong client partnerships, and keep work running smoothly, on time, and on budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee production across integrated campaigns with a strong motion and live action focus
- Provide leadership and guidance to producers and production teams across multiple projects
- Partner with creative, strategy, and client services leadership on production approach and planning
- Lead high-level scoping, resourcing, budgeting, and timeline development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a senior production partner
- Oversee vendors, directors, production partners, and freelance crews
- Support teams in solving complex production challenges while protecting creative quality and delivery timelines
- Champion strong production practices and standards across all work
- 10 years of production experience, with deep expertise in motion and video and live action
- Experience overseeing integrated campaigns across motion, digital, and content
- Strong track record managing complex productions and multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep knowledge of production budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing
- Leadership and mentorship experience supporting production teams
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Experience working with agencies and top-tier brands
- Ability to travel for shoots or activations as needed
- Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
