Barista/Kitchen Staff

Position: Team Member

Hours: Part-time and full-time opportunities available

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers warmly, providing friendly and helpful

service.

Prepare and serve cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and plant-based dishes

according to Antiox recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, including food prep

areas, counters, and customer seating.

Ensure all food handling procedures meet health and safety guidelines.

Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift as needed.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, cash handling, and

end-of-day reports.

Educate customers on menu items, offering guidance on healthy choices and

product benefits.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy

periods.

Expectations:

Arrive on time, ready to work with a positive attitude.

Follow all Antiox procedures and maintain food safety standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to the Antiox dress code.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

Willingness to learn about Antiox’s products, including ingredients and

nutritional benefits.

Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not

required.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
