You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. $150,000 yearly BOE
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
- Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation
- Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate
- Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
- Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired
- Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
- Computer proficiency is essential
- Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree
- Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity
