Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct interior and exterior inspections to identify conditions conducive to termites.
- Provide termite treatment for both pre and post construction.
- The use of a variety of hand tools
- Calculating basic mathematic equations
- Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers.
- Use of handheld computerized equipment to manage service calls and documents
- Provide customers with general information about our various services.
- Providing sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with the current Pricing Matrix.
- Meet monthly sales goals.
- Completing all service agreements, inspections, and documentation in accordance with Turner standards
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Local travel required within local territory or state.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Enjoy working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Proven sales experience preferred.
- Enjoy communicating and engaging with customers.
- Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage route-based work, and provide exceptional customer service.
