Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to be part of a growing industry? We're looking for a Pre-Treat Pest Control Technician to join our team and help protect new homes and buildings from termite infestations before construction is even complete!
As a Pre-Treat Technician, you'll be on the front lines at construction sites applying termite control treatments, operating company equipment, and working directly with site supervisors to ensure every job is done right.
What You'll Do:
- Apply termite pre-treatments at new construction sites following all safety and regulatory guidelines
- Read site plans and blueprints to ensure complete coverage
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Interact professionally with builders and contractors
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols
- Support the team with other duties as needed
What You'll Need:
- Age 21 with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., work in crawlspaces, and perform outdoor labor
- Comfort using a smartphone for documentation
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early mornings and some weekends
Nice to Have:
- Experience in pest control, construction, or landscaping
- State pest control license for termite applications (training provided if not certified)
