Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Investment Banking Associate. The Investment Banking Associate will be tasked with conducting financial analyses, building financial models, performing due diligence for transactions, and preparing valuation analyses. The role also involves supporting senior team members in deal execution processes, creating pitch books, and presenting data-driven insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Modeling and Valuation
- Proven experience and knowledge in Finance and performing Due Diligence
- Exceptional Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial tools and software like Excel, Bloomberg, or similar platforms
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Experience working in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is advantageous
