Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance, Investments, and Investment Banking
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and conducting Due Diligence
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship management capabilities
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in investment banking transactions and deal structuring
