Role Description
The Head of Security & Protective Services will oversee all security-related operations during Antibound's live experiences and events. This on-site role, located in Los Angeles, CA, involves developing and implementing security protocols, leading a team of security personnel, and ensuring the safety of attendees, staff, and assets. This is a contract role, requiring adaptability, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to risk management. Responsibilities include risk assessment, emergency response planning, and coordination with law enforcement or other external parties as needed.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in physical security management, risk assessment, and emergency planning.
- Proven leadership skills in managing and training security teams to ensure a safe environment.
