AnthroMed Education is hiring a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to support children through an Early Years Program in Newark, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details

• Position: Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP)
• Age Range: 18 months–5 years old
• Population: Early Intervention & Pre-K, primarily Pre-K
• Caseload: Approximately 25–30 students
• School Year: ASAP – June 16, 2027
• Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours/week
• Setting: On-site
• Locations: Approximately three nearby preschool locations
• Caseload Model: Itinerant
• Office Space: Shared

What You'll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy to young children
• Support students primarily within preschool and Pre-K settings.
• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and reevaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention based on student data.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized speech-language goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet state and district special education requirements.
• Collaborate with the larger SLP team to share ideas, resources, and strategies.
• Participate in monthly workload discussions to help identify challenges and determine whether adjustments are needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Delaware SLP License required
• Clinical Fellow eligible or currently completing CF requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Interest in working with young children and their families
• School-based or early childhood experience is preferred but not required
