Child Find - Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Thornton, CO
We’re looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (Child Find) to join the team at our partner elementary school in Thornton, CO!
In this evaluation-based role, you’ll work with children ages 2½–5, conducting play-based assessments for initial Child Find referrals and transitions. You’ll complete evaluations, develop reports, collaborate with families, and create IEPs for students found eligible—all in a nurturing, collaborative environment.
Ideal for SLPs who love early childhood, family collaboration, and hands-on evaluation work.
Our Process

- Start interviewing with our school partners to dive into the caseload, school culture, and specifics for each Job Prole.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid CO SLP license
- Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
Pay/Benefits
- $65,000 - $85,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
- AnthroMed Team Members who work 30 hours per week are eligible or the full-time benefits offered by AnthroMed
